How do you customize your services to our needs?
Each new client and each new project involves an initial interview to assess your needs to determine if Mission Aligned is a good fit for your organization. Once we get a good feel for what you want, we prepare a formal written proposal which will detail a set of objectives and we will outline the methods we will use. Every aspect is up for negotiation.
Do you work with any organizations remotely?
Mission Aligned in based in Utah but many organizations have board members all over the country where travelling to a face to face meeting is not feasible. We are experienced in holding remote meetings that are engaging and effective, using the latest in technology for video conferencing.
You don't have fundraising listed as a service. What if I need fundraising too?
We will provide assistance to any organization in the development of a fundraising plan as part of the overall strategic planning process. However, if you want help with actual fundraising, we have connections with some excellent fundraisers who may assist you. This also goes for other services that you may need. We have an excellent network of professionals who can help you with any of your organizational needs.
Why do we need an organizational assessment?
Often, organizations will grow organically, responding to the needs of clients as they arise. The result is often haphazard with potential gaps in organizational effectiveness. An organizational assessment will enable you to determine any gaps, identify ideal structures and processes to move you forward into the future. It will also provide your donors and funders with an assurance that you are well organized and managed.
How do we maintain control of our projects if we use Mission Aligned's project management services?
We use an extremely participatory approach to project management. This is a joint process with you right from planning, monitoring milestones through to finalizing a project. Ongoing communication with key stakeholders is key to ensure no surprises and to maximizing opportunities for success.
We are looking for federal funding. How can you help us?
Seeking federal funding is a significant undertaking requiring a large amount of paper work in the application but also requiring you to have specific organizational practices, policies and procedures in place. Mission Aligned knows those requirements and can help you navigate through successfully.
